How many times have we heard this now? We certainly heard it in '08 when it was called the "Main Street Bailout"
The US government continues to ask for more money under the guise of "it's for your own good"
The president even went so far as to say they've "...reduced job losses to a trickle,"
What "trickle"?! It's a Blood-bath out there. Hello?
While the Defense budget is a huge, looming gas balloon that they refuse to bring back down to Earth

I discovered another Grand Quintile this morning when observing today's chart. It is actually 2 Grand Quintile's. I say 2 because there are 2 sensitive points created in the 12th house in Cancer. One point created by the Moon and one point created by Mars. This sets up 2 different Grand Quintile's. Read further down for the upcoming Grand Quintile I posted about yesterday that will linger for 20 days
These sensitive points in the 12th house in Cancer give us an opportunity to prepare for the upcoming 20 day event by planting the seed that allows us to take action in and gain greater clarity of God Consciousness/Christ Consciousness/Cosmic Awareness & Universal Consciousness as those concepts apply and relate within our deepest inner psyche. Within our deepest Self. The opportunity to more easily create and co-create in Astral levels is coming. The opportunity to communicate on Astral levels is coming. And the opportunity to gain greater Spiritual Acuity is coming. These opportunities are manifesting over and over again. Some souls are already taking advantage of these conditions of course, but if you have not then you should be aware that they are. Here is the visual evidence to inspire and encourage you to take advantage of these times. This Grand Quintile is for the sake and benefit of the individual in my opinion, to help prepare for greater discussion and support when the energy of this sensitive point in Cancer to transit into the 11th house where broader support and communication will be brought into networks of friends and communities that will be rapidly moving and advancing in Self-Awareness as it connects with the Astral and Universal energies. This is Human Evolution at work and this is Soul Evolution at work.

With Neptune's return to Aquarius we can certainly expect a wet and destructive Hurricane/Storm season. Evacuation's have been ordered along the shores of North Carolina and rightfully so. The shores of southern Virginia (Newport News, Norfolk, Williamsburg, etc) will all certainly see the effects of Hurricane Irene and with Neptune in retrograde we can expect much of the effect to be gravitational, meaning rising waters and flooding. A New Moon occurs August 29. That means from the 26th of August through the 1st of September we will see the Moon really affecting nature's destructive forces (including Major Quakes/Volcanoes/Violent Winds/Tornadoes). These destructive forces will carry through when the Moon enters the 4th house with Sagittarius when we will see Fire/Explosions/Civil War & Government Relationships stressed. Also, possible Volcanic activity. Violence and the restructure of beliefs will be a core driving force in events that will take place between September 1 and September 9.
Beware, we will also be targeted by a barrage of Government Propaganda during this time.
Trust me, things will not be as they seem. You must seek the Truth for your own eyes and be resourceful. DO NOT depend on Government or Media resources for Truth. Public resources also are in danger of being abused/pilfered and we will all be deceived.
We will also see another very tight Grand Quintile on September 2 that will continue the manifestation of GAIA consciousness/awareness and Universal understanding. Expect an increase in paranormal events/claims/sightings/connections, etc. to make the news; or at least to become publicly known. Afterlife and Astral Projection will make a renewed presence on the world stage. The public will become more outspoken with regard to Astral experience and events. The Grand Quintile doesn't fade until September 22.
Amazing Medical Breakthrough's will make the stage/news as will advanced understanding of metaphysics related scientific knowledge. Expect some news in extraordinary discoveries connected to DNA, Evolution, and the connection between God/Universe & Science/Physics.

A Cardinal Grand Cross preceded this event June 25, the key players being Uranus in Aries/Sun in Cancer/Saturn in Libra/Pluto in Capricorn. Wow! Right?
This Grand Quintile made a solid formation in glorious splendor hours later June 26 at 12:30am MST with the Moon combust Jupiter in Taurus/Mercury in Cancer/Saturn in Libra/MNN in Sagittarius/Neptune in Pisces
As the Moon continued to transit Taurus it left Jupiter to represent the sensitive point in Taurus.
My friends, yet again we are seeing 5 Yod configurations creating a 5 pointed star in the zodiac. We are witness to an event that once again is manifesting the 5th Dimension (and beyond) here on the dense physical plane of the Earth. This is another opportunity to review, and reform our understanding of our inner psyche and the connection to the higher octaves of the outer world and 10th/11th/12th house issues. You may have noticed for a few days now an increase in higher knowledge being drawn to you, and hopefully you have grabbed this knowledge and stashed it somewhere to begin assimilating it and understanding it. Continue to seek experience and knowledge of the Chirotic nature of the electrical in the body (kundalini comes to mind), chakra studies, all forms of personal alchemy. Especially in how it all connects with Source energies or Source resonances. Universal Resonance and Creative Empowerment.

Since yesterday (May 7) we have been under the influence of this Grand Cardinal Cross. This configuration is responsible for the Lucid Dreams we've all experienced, digging up skeletons in the closet (ignored traumatic/dramatic issues/events) that we've hidden and suppressed deep within our psyche. This configuration forces the opportunity to revisit these issues after years of maturing to allow us to recognize them, assimilate the valuable lesson to be learned, release the pain associated with the events and move on. This is a perfect time to journal your dreams or engage in a little dream interpretation if necessary, whether you analyze the dreams yourself or ask a practiced professional is up to you. But please take advantage of this fantastic opportunity the stars are supporting for healing these old wounds. This window will be open at least for another 5 days.
Also, as the Moon transits into the 4th house late tonight and early morning tomorrow we can expect mother nature to be affected. Flood Waters will finally make their disaster on homes and families along the Mississippi, Major Earthquakes 6.0+, Severe Natural Occurrences (weather and Earth disasters).

Cardinal T-Square at the same time – Pluto Capricorn>Saturn Libra>Uranus Aries
We have an absolutely amazing event happening tomorrow that will be the 1st part of actually aligning the phasal understanding of 5th dimensional ascendence for ourselves and the planet and I've been working on understanding this extraordinary moment for a couple of weeks now. There is an aspect that will be in alignment for less than an hour's time tomorrow night at 8:48:28 pm MST...or 6:48:28 am UT that is going to literally manifest this harmonic convergence here on the planet. It's a configuration that has appeared before but is extremely rare and no one seems to really understand what it amounts or what it means. The last configuration we saw like his was October '04 but the houses of occupation were different and we were still in the age of Pisces technically. It was a taste of 5th dimension energy on the planet and helped many "seekers" experience epiphany's of varied significance. The aspect configuration is called a Grand Quintile and in this moment the Earth will be experiencing the harmonic shift with us. There are a few articles you can find online about the October '04 event but none that really express any sort of confident understanding of significance or meaning.
Here today we find ourselves in the virgin days of the new age of Aquarius and we find Neptune making a brief transit back home into Pisces to be healed by Chiron and to be mentored by Chiron reviewing Pisces’ rulership experience over the past 2,000 or so years. This is a time where Pisces finally concedes rulership to Aquarius and gives up the ghost, so to speak. Neptune will return to Aquarius August 6 for a short period to pay homage and then finally transit back home into Pisces February 4th of 2012.
I have posted a snapshot above of what this harmonic convergence will look like. The graphic aspect is in the shape of a 5 star pentacle or pentangle. This is an inverted 5 point star with the lead point in the 4th house at the depths of the zodiac chart. The pentacle is of course the occult sign for Capricorn, ruler of the 10th house…the apex of the zodiac, the ruler of universal structure, universal form, ruler of time, physics, that which can be measured. We are going to ascend now to an understanding of things that cannot be measured…the metaphysical, the 5th dimension which expands beyond time; time being a 4th dimension concept. The veils keeping us from seeing, feeling, experiencing, and understanding the 5th dimension (and beyond) will be lifted and felt and experienced in fully synchronus phasal alignment manifesting itself here on Earth. And this new understanding will begin to be discussed and accepted as reality rather than pseudo-science or “magic”…snake oil, as some have called it. Look at the symbol for Aquarius and you will see these 2 waveforms in alignment with each other. What we have usually equated to represent “water” in the past will now be viewed as waveforms in synch…in phase with each other. In the chart I have posted on the homepage for my site you will see the sign of Aquarius in the 10th house and you will see what I mean. At this precise moment of 6:48:28 am UT the POF will be Combust with Saturn in Libra the sign of balance and harmony in the 6th house; the house of GAIA – Mass Consciousness – Earth Consciousness. This shift will become as public knowledge, it will be felt, mentally understood (by many – not all), one of the sensitive points of this pentagram exists in the 8th house of Transmutation/Transcendence, and the other sensitive point of the star exists in the 11th house of Aquarius where Chiron is there to help bridge this new understanding. To alchemically bring together experience and knowledge to create understanding. To teach, and to heal, and to help lift us up into this new understanding of dimensional reality. Again, not all of us will understand this experience, but those who have been studying and preparing for this moment will get it, see it, feel it. All the elements are represented in this configuration: Earth/Air/Fire/Water. All the planets are participating in this, including the illuminaries. I wish I had time to go through all of these energies but this represents weeks of analysis so it’s impossible to cram all of that into this posting.
A big question is how will the Earth itself handle this physically. Will we see cataclysmic events that are extra-ordinary (which is a possibility) or will this be a completely harmonious event. My guess is that there will be cataclysmic events over the next 6-9 days that will be rather disastrous but remember, the Earth will physically be resonating a frequencies it is not yet used to and is experiencing for the first time. It could be disastrous. Personally, we must all be prepared for epiphany and revelation. For unprecedented cooperation and peace as well as unprecedented separation or division between belief systems.

More details to follow later but now that Gemini has moved into the 3rd house of the Mind/Thought Process/Commuter Travel/Communication(s)/News/Roads/Students...and with the Tail of the Dragon being in Gemini...expect a Retrograde Mercury (ruler of Gemini and the 3rd house) to be influenced by the Dragon's Tail creating many problems with people's thought process/transportation accidents/communications and communications devices/students...etc. All of the aforementioned keywords. We have already been seeing shadows of this over the past 4 days at least as Mercury began to pull into it's Retrograde state, but this effect will strengthen and become more noticeable and more visible. Retrograde adds a gravitational effect to a planets magnetic and paramagnetic effect on our planet and its inhabitants. I will talk more of this when I write and talk about the coming New Moon.

**Japan 7.4 Earthquake Update 04.08.2011**
The Japan earthquake yesterday was no great surprise coming just 4 days after a New Moon, neither was the 6.5 quake in Veracruz, Mexico. But I was a little concerned about justifying a 7.4 magnitude for Japan until my wife Nancy pointed out a major Coronal Hole opened up on the Sun April 5 generating a Geomagnetic Storm. Sun activity is a major factor in pushing mother nature's destructive forces over the edge - the same way the Sun contributed to pushing the recent 9.0 quake over the edge in Japan which resulted in the catastrophic Tsunami (see details on that below). Keep in mind as well that on April 5 the Moon was in Taurus in the 2nd house and Japan by "birthdate" is a Taurus country. Interesting, huh?
This Coronal condition on the Sun will push our weather over the edge in the coming days when the Moon transits into the 4th house Saturday afternoon (04.09.2011). Saturday could prove to be the start of a 3-5 day window of Cataclysmic Weather/Nature events like Typhoons/Hurricanes/Cyclones/Earthquakes/Volcanoes/Tornadoes/Straight-line Winds/Micro-bursts.
My prediction was: "wildfires this month that will be out of control" and "firestorms"

This is happening already, after just posting basic predictions this morning.

This is what we call "planes, trains, and automobiles" folks and as I mentioned expect a lot more of it this month especially in the coming week as we draw near to, and experience, this New Moon. So drive safe, be careful, watch out for your kids. Thankfully Jupiter is in the 1st house to provide some protection but the events we see in the headlines will still be Shocking and Explosive as Mars and Uranus will be Combust at 01 degree in Aries in the 1st house at the moment the New Moon plants her seed. This combination of energies could bring Firestorms (?), Explosive, Shocking Change, Nuclear Explosions. Keep in mind Mars (as the god of war) represents and rules explosive energies, war, bombs, weapons, accidents, head injuries, violence, aggression, action, momentum, desire, fire, etc. Uranus rules science, technology, nuclear energy (the atom), shocking, electrical, space, the internet, new age, revelation, shocking and rapid change, weather (severe), etc. The list of keywords is long but you get my meaning. The Sun amplifies these energies with its presence in the 1st house and the Moon deepens the effect, the meaning, and the significance. Jupiter's effect is benevolent but can also be negative because Jupiter's energy is also "Expansive"; meaning Jupiter can cause these energies to Expand...this is not good. Jupiter also rules wide open spaces so we could see Wildfires this month that will be out of control. Another factor to consider is quite troubling as Saturn in the polarized 7th house is Retrograde at 13 degrees, directly opposing the Combust Sun/New Moon. Pluto is in a position of 07 degrees in the 10th house to create a loose Cardinal T-Square that will add Drama and Death to all of this.

Watch for Major Earthquakes (6.0+) over the next 3 days and especially tonight and tomorrow as the Moon transits over Uranus of course. With every New Moon we can always expect major earthquakes anyway, but especially with Uranus in the picture. The Moon will be combust with Uranus tonight at 01 degrees in the 1st house squaring the 4th house of Disasters/Weather/Seas/Home/Family/Farms. When the Moon and Uranus cause trouble together, they cause it "big" and remember Uranus rules also earthquakes. It was Uranus moving into Aries that helped push Japan's earthquake and resulting tsunami over the edge. "Shocking" is always at the root of Uranus' behavior, even in the story of the mythical god Uranus for which the planet was named.

Libya is a Virgo country having a "birth date" of September 1, 1969 when Ghadafi wrestled power from the King in a coup d'etat. The Moon does this from the 7th house of Significant Relationships and Allies. With the tail of the dragon in Gemini in the 4th house I feel the civil war will deepen and further divide the country's opposing parties, splitting the country and household's in 2. With Libyan rebel forces making New Relationships and gaining world attention and support the civil war will further divide father from son, brother from brother, sister from sister, and so on. Just like the civil war in the United States in 1861.
5:20am JST March 20 could be a significant nuclear event for Japan as the moon moves into the 8th house (Mass Deaths) at 00 degrees directly opposing Uranus at 00 degrees in the 2nd house. Japan as a country has the tail of the dragon at 02 degrees Sagittarius in the 8th house and the head of the dragon in Gemini at 02 degrees in the 2nd house. When the moon opposes Uranus we could see significant events at that time. Another time for significant events could be later that morning around 8:40am JST as the moon touches the tail of the dragon. It is no secret or surprise we will see nuclear disaster there, yes. Just watch these times to see if there is a correlation. I feel also the Earth will be opposing the moon's south node or dragon's tail on the 20th. It is also significant that Chiron in the 7th house at 5 degrees in Japan's natal chart will oppose Chiron in the 1st house at 2 degrees in the natural zodiac for 3.20.2011 Amongst other things, Chiron represents the "wound that never heals" and for Japan that wound could certainly be described as nuclear disaster when we remember Nagasaki and Hiroshima.
As with every Full Moon, especially under these Cross conditions, we can expect to see Major Earthquakes (6.0+) & Mother Nature's Destructive forces - possible Tsunami/Volcanic Activity/Natural Disaster affecting households, the seas (oceans/water), farms, food, families, and weather.
Japan Earthquake/Tsunami Update

People are asking about this all over the internet. What are the astrological conditions supporting this mornings earthquake in Japan and the ensuing Tsunami. First, I'd like to say the influencing factors are not entirely astrological and don't let any astrologer tell you different. The Sun experienced a series of X-class solar flares March 8-10 the likes of which we've not seen for a very long time. These solar flares alone are enough to cause Major Earthquakes followed by Tsunami's. To add to this energetic influence we have Uranus entering Aries overnight between now and tomorrow morning (03.12.2011) while the Moon is in the 4th house. The 4th house (in Mundane Astrology) rules the Seas/Weather/Disasters and of course Uranus rules Earthquakes/Tsunami/Volcanoes with it's Shocking Energy. The 1st Quarter Moon in the 4th house with Uranus entering Aries does create the possibility for Shocking Earthquakes/Tsunami/Volcanoes and with a leading push of solar flares of such magnitude we can certainly see a recipe for these kinds of shocking disasters. As a reminder, Aries (a Cardinal fire sign ruling new beginnings) is ruled by Mars, the planet of fire, explosive forces and destruction.
Another consideration is that Japan is ruled by Uranus, the planet that rules advanced technology, electronics, advanced concepts, innovation, invention, and atomic energy, nuclear energy, revelation and radical change.

The year 2011 brings about some interesting ideas on how this year might look to us and the energies that will have an effect on our individual personal evolution. In terms of Numerology, 2011 is a “4”; 2+0+1+1=4. And in Natural astrology the 4th house represents breaking up old patterns. By the same token the polarized 10th house represents form and structure, foundations and careful planning. So the theme for 2011 will be breaking old patterns and obstacles, and building new foundations.
With 2011 equaling 4 in terms of numerology we can associate the energy of the year with the 4th house of the zodiac. This brings about extraordinary opportunity for real growth and spiritual maturity. The 4th house is at the very depths of the wheel of the zodiac and represents our deepest inner self. It represents how we are raised in the home and what patterns are instilled (installed) in us during upbringing. The 4th house is the home, family, how we are nurtured, and how we nurture others. It also represents how we nurture ourselves and represents our innermost sanctuary, our “nest”.
The 4th house is ruled by the Moon, which lends to the reasons why it is the place in the zodiac where we find answers to what we are reflecting on deep within, no matter what our condition of consciousness might be (conscious/subconscious/cosmic conscious/universal conscious/super-conscious/unconscious). This is the house of our emotional content and at the same time it is energetically linked as a Cardinal house to the other Cardinal houses. The 4th house being the Cardinal house of the element Water, it always has a significant aspect that can keep us constantly aware of 1st house matters of Fire, 7th house matters of Air, and of course 10th house matters of Earth (anyone thinking of the stories in “Avatar: The Last Airbender” series?). So the power of the Moon becomes of great importance this year to pay close attention to on a daily basis. Of course this has always been the case for millennium unknown and has been hidden from us by modern philosophies. Philosophies that shaped the very structure of governments, churches, schools, universities; yes, shaped the majority of institutions that have programmed our thoughts and thought processes, our feelings, actions, morals, ideology, practices, and cultures. But in 2011 the Moon will reassert herself as an extraordinary influence in our lives and perhaps a new understanding of the Moon’s significance as a force of the zodiac will shine light on a philosophy that the heavenly bodies and signs of the zodiac are not just symbolic energies to be deciphered and analyzed; that they are indeed companions of the soul. Companions to guide us forward in our journey on this dense physical plane. Companions to help us mature emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually. Companions to guide us through myriad periods of transpersonal experience in the constant, progressing evolutionary journey of the soul.
2011 then seems to be a year in which we can begin to see the forces of the zodiac in a new light with new eyes and a more clarified perspective. If it is a year ruled by the power of the Moon then the light of enlightenment is softened. Although technically considered a Luminary, the Moon does not project it’s own light; it simply reflects the Sun’s light, only softer of course. This energy is more calming than the suns light, more naturally resonant with our own Yin frequencies and less excited than the frequencies that resonate from the other planetary and stellar forces of the zodiac. Think of the High frequency waveforms that resonate from the outer planets compared to the softer low-frequency waveforms that come to us from the Moon. So the Moon this year will have us engage our conscious minds on deeper more meaningful levels than ever before in search of what I call “greater spiritual acuity”.

The Planted Seed
The
first New Moon of 2011 planted its seed at 13 degrees combust with the Sun in
the 1st house where we find Capricorn at that time. Pluto is present at 5 degrees, Mars was
there at 21 degrees and the Head of the Dragon was at 2 degrees. Dragon Destiny, Pluto New Beginnings, and
Mars’ energy of Action add to a theme of Taking action to re-structure old
patterns. This falls directly in line
with events that have been taking place in the middle east. The story is unfolding before our very eyes.
Egyptian people demand structural change in the government, marching for political reform – calls by King Abdullah II to change political corruption, “strengthen institutional infrastructure”. Rising prices, low wages and unemployment. The people of Yemen are demanding the same kind of change in their country and president Ali Abdullah Suleh has said he will not seek re-election in 2013, nor will he turn over power to his son. Saleh has been “in office” for 32 years. The begging question though seems to be “are these guys just jerking everyone’s chain?”. Meaning, it sounds to me like promises are being made with no real intention of actually following through later; pacify the people now…deceive them, then reneg on the promise later when everyone has calmed down and dissenters are no longer organized. I say this for several reasons so let me explain. Most everyone has heard we are entering the age of Aquarius and I know this is nothing new. We’ve been hearing about the “dawning of the age of Aquarius” for decades now. But remember we are dealing with the changing energies of a progression of the planets through the signs of the zodiac. This progression is formally referred to as “The Precession” – the changing of Rulership. Leaving the age of Pisces and entering the age of Aquarius. The age of Pisces has been colored by typical Pisces energies that include the concept of Institution. The institution of government, prisons, organized crime agencies of secrecy, law agencies, even institutions of religion. Religions that have imposed restrictions, limitations, blind faith, concepts of service to the rulers of Man and concepts of service to Gods. The 3 most dominant religions that have kept Mankind locked in this ideology of servitude (or service) are of course Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. Please understand, I’m not speaking from a judgmental point of view here, just simply laying the facts on the table to be properly analyzed by anyone with an interest to investigate this perspective. I always allow others to follow their own truths, even if they are different from my own. And it is the case that the 3 most dominant religions in the world were born in the middle east. The middle east, more than any other region in the world, seems to be ruled by Pisces. Pisces rules the 12th house of the zodiac, the house of God, Institutions, Faith, Beliefs, Deception, Illusion, Prisons, Racketeering, Assassins, Secret Matters, etc. I’m speaking of course in terms of Mundane astrology, not Personal astrology. The astrology of matters that are mundane. Consider a simple symbolic clue we see in Christianity and how Christianity is often represented by the symbol of a fish, just as Pisces is represented by the symbol of the fish; 2 fish – one swimming upstream and one swimming downstream.
For more than 2 thousand years now people of this planet have been serving institutions of government under the promise that these varied governments will provide the serving masses with protection from extremists, crime, and corruption. That in times of natural catastrophe they will provide the people with basic social services like rescue, food, and shelter. That they will ensure the people clean water, healthy food, opportunity for free enterprise, fair trade, and environmental protection. That positions of leadership, legislature, and justice will be held by people of moral character and ethical standards will be upheld by those people when conducting the business of the people, banking, lawmaking, and enforcement of those laws. That public resources collected in the form of taxes will be used wisely, for the good of our communities, upkeep of infrastructure, protection of our borders. Another promise citizenry around the world are made is that those in power will practice diplomacy in good faith and will represent the people to other governments fairly and honestly. These promises are too long to cover here and now, but it’s almost needless to say we have all seen most of these promises blatantly disregarded and deliberately dismissed. More recently we have seen many of these promises literally deleted from original charters of declaration and constitution.
So people all around the world seem to want change at this point and in the middle east, a region ruled by Pisces, we see citizenry from all classes (socio-economical structure) pitching in to demand breaking up old patterns and obstacles. Old patterns of corruption, deceit, and abuse of power and obstacles that have been constructed by ruling institutions that have been most successful at preventing freedom rather than providing it. That have bound us in servitude and indebtedness. Ruling institutions that have fitted us with blinders in a gilded cage, the gilding seeming to shine like gold but is nothing more than the same material stuff that is actually fool's pride and arrogance. The citizenry seem keen to build a new future on new foundations.
Saturn went Retrograde in Libra on the 26th.
Jupiter moved into Aries on the 23rd.
Uranus finally moves out of Pisces in March, moving into Aries and by April we will see a stellium of planets in Aries while Aries occupies the 1st house. Uranus, Jupiter, Mars, Venus, and Mercury all in Aries with the Sun set there to amplify those energies. Remember, the Sun amplifies those energies it significantly aspects.
